Promotion Prize
The Foundation Psychosomatic and Social Medicine introduces every year an Award for a doctoral thesis in Bio-Psycho-Social Medicine -- since 2007 together with the German Association Psychosomatic Medicine (DKPM)
In 2015 for the first time two Awards were presented, one for Medics and one for Psychologists, each with a prize money of 1000,-€
Accepted are Doctoral thesis in German, which have been finished not more than one year before, and which have been rated "magna cum laude" or "summa cum laude" by a Medical University or a Psychological or Sociological Department.
Candidates should not be more than 32 years, when they apply.
The content of the paper has to deal with the bio-psycho-social dimension of a syndrome.
The findings should be application-oriented.
